Super excited for my new web series project. Full episode coming soon!
workshopping
I had a fantastic workshop with Marlise Guzenhauser, a casting associate for Dorian Frankel. Marlise is so cheerful and confident, she makes everyone feel comfortable, which I really appreciated.
My takeaways: respect the comedy writer – sometimes a line is more funny if delivered as normally as possible, if you make a mistake it’s fine to just take a moment to collect yourself and then go on instead of trying to hide a fumble, and finally, trust that your scene partner will deliver.
Scene of the Crime Scene
I’ve never actually seen a full episode of CSI, but I enjoyed creating this work of inane humor.
Porking Mandy
Trailer is out! I was the AD for this film. Best crew ever.
Ambassador of the A.M.
Had a great day giving out Bel Vita samples. Oh the things I do to support my film and acting career.

Nice thing about this gig was being part of Jane Lynch’s Bel Vita commercial. She is one busy lady. I was very impressed with how upbeat she was when interacting with everyone even though she had a full schedule of photo shoots, motivational speeches, Access Hollywood spots, and interviews with the press… all crammed into one day and done with a constant, genuine smile on her face. Go Jane!
Be Kind Rewind
My first time sweding! Here’s the shot for shot comparison video.
Got credited as Ela9 … which I guess could be a cool Star Trek name. Thanks Machinima!

That Was Creative Films presents “Ladies” the web series about totally getting it together. Like, definitely.
They say the best projects to work on are the ones you create yourself. Really proud of this web series that I started producing with some friends from my old sketch group.
Here’s episode 3.
Not a Clueless Tourist
Everyone once in awhile I experience those “only in Hollywood” moments. Like when I did an impression of Honey Boo Boo for an improv show, and then, the very next day I managed to bump into Alana and June “Mama” Shannon ambling down the Walk of Fame for their Dr. Drew segment.
Or the week I got sucked into the High School Musical mania that I had somehow missed when the movies were actually in theaters (I had instead discovered this delightful trilogy on Netflix) … the very next day after I finished watching HSM3 Senior Year, I ended up sitting across from Lucas Grabeel, watching him get his make up done. So weird. Only in Hollywood.
“The One and Only” Lee Min Ho
My obsession with kdramas has finally paid off! Had a great time hosting for KPOP-TV. They aired my segment four times on KMTP channel 32-6 San Francisco. Now if I could only get a press pass to get closer to those Hallyu stars.
